Excellent support and a very useful app!
I had a fairly complex setup with FANbox and Sameday Easybox, different shipping rates for standard and personalized products, and post-purchase pickup point selection. Adam was extremely helpful, responded quickly, checked the setup directly, and helped identify and solve the issue. The app now works exactly as I needed.
