App is easy to use and has many options, even at the Starter level (only gets better as you grow). Best part is the fantastic customer service - very prompt response, patiently answered all my questions, and worked with me to figure out how to achieve the specific things I was looking for (including some out-of-the-box thinking). Very efficient and quick-thinking- a pleasure to work with. My business model is subscription-centric, so it was important to get this part correct.
