Honestly, I've been in retail for almost 20 years and this is hands-down the best app I've used. Every time I've suggested a tweak or feature, the team has either built it in fast or shown me a way to already do it, that kind of responsiveness is hard to find.

We do a ton of special orders, pre-orders, and drop shipping for big items, so having something that makes all that simple instead of complicated is huge for us. This app just gets it right. Shopify's new native PO feature, on the other hand, felt like a step back in time and honestly just created more work.
