Smind Sections: Theme Sections

Hi UnicBrands,

We're truly sorry for what happened, and we completely understand why you're disappointed with us. Your trust means everything to us.

The issue was fixed on the day of the incident, and we completed security checks on your store that same day to confirm that it was safe and secure.

We’d now like to share an update: Smind Sections has undergone independent third-party penetration testing and is available on the Shopify App Store again. This reflects the extensive work we have done to meet Shopify’s stringent requirements for reinstatement and provide a more secure and reliable app.

We know trust has to be earned back. If you feel our resolution and follow-up have addressed your concerns, we would sincerely appreciate you reconsidering your rating - but there is no pressure.

Should you choose to use Smind Sections again, we would be happy to welcome you back.

Thank you for your previous support. We remain here to help with any questions.

Best regards,
