Glitchy and inefficient. We've used this app for many years. Now, though, you have multiple inventory locations, it won't read them all on the basic plan (and yes, customer service will try to sell you on a more expensive plan...) This app also does not accurately count inventory, which is the whole point!! After too many barcode and stock take inaccuracies, our company is moving to a better option.

You were on our older $10 plan from three years ago, which supported up to 5 inventory locations. Our current standard plan supports up to 10 locations for $15, which fits the needs of most Shopify merchants. You should never feel pressured to upgrade, and we’ll review our communication to ensure it stays helpful and transparent.
Accuracy issues matter to us. They’re often related to barcode scanner settings or filtered counts, but we’re happy to review your recent sessions and pinpoint exactly what went wrong.
