We moved to Instant from GemPages a while ago and we're really happy with how it works.
The editor is the biggest win. It's responsive, it does what you expect it to do, and we haven't run into the sluggishness we were used to before. Two features stand out for us: support for meta fields, and synced components. The latter saves a lot of time, since we no longer have to update the same section on every page separately.
Support and communication have been excellent too. We ran into some issues right before our website launch, and the team was generous enough to give us extra product template pages so we didn't have to delay the launch. Other small hiccups along the way were picked up quickly as well.
The AI agent is also worth mentioning. It's smart and gives useful answers to the questions that come up while you're working, which means less back and forth.
One small wish: a Cloud MCP would make the software even more powerful. That aside, we're very positive about Instant.
