I run Toners.ca, a small B2B toner and printer supplies business. Consio has quietly become one of the most useful tools in our Shopify stack — it does the boring, repetitive work that eats time in a small operation and lets us focus on customers and margins instead of admin.
The app itself is clean, quick, and Shopify-native — no clunky sync issues, no surprises. But what really stands out is the support. Philippe reached out personally to check in — that's not something you see every day from a Shopify app team. When you're a small shop, having a real human on the other end who cares whether the tool is working for you is worth more than any feature list.
