Our Shopify website and POS has been live for about a month and a half, and Simmer has been one of our most used, and valuable apps! It makes user navigation easy, especially with our complex business. We use Simmer mainly for our smoothie add-on options, but it's useful for more than just this. Order fulfillment is easily done with Simmer, and I like the ability for our kitchen to receive "sent" tickets on a display screen, saving them time and paper materials.
Even the Simmer support has been outstanding – Simon is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns, and ensures the app works for our business needs. If you are looking for something that is easy to use, works with all business types, and offers personal (human) support, I would highly recommend this app!
