Great app and very easy to use. The AI chatbot is definitely my favorite feature it works really well and makes customer support much easier. The interface is simple and intuitive, with many powerful features and regular updates. I also really appreciate that the support team listens to feedback and is open to adding useful features based on users’ needs. Definitely recommended.
