Very Disappointing and misleading expect to lose products as well as money with no support available. Creators reach out which was good but from the 9 products sent out i only got 3 reels in 3 months. Most take the product free sample and not reply as well as many creators using fake engagement statistics. The Linkable team blamed me for giving samples to creators and not receiving anything so platform is full of creators who don't producer content.
A good fix will be able to report those who steal samples with nothing in return and rate creators on their work. Plus, the monthly subscription fee isn't really justified with the potential return you gain. The platform runs well and has very good potential but has terrible execution for businesses. Just a pithole to lose money & products full with unreliable creators. You will get much more return just paying for ads.
*Update* The response from their team is completely dishonest as the team will shift blame. Avoid at all cost and save yourself money and time. because of this review they are threathening me with legal action hoping i take down my honest review and experience.
We’re disappointed to read this review as we don’t believe it gives a complete picture of the results generated through Linkable.
Several creator collaborations generated published content and meaningful engagement through Linkable.
One collaboration alone generated over 1,800 likes, 30+ comments and more than 70 reshares on Instagram, alongside genuine interest in the product from viewers. Additional content was also published after you had left the platform.
It’s also important to clarify that creators had to be reviewed and accepted by your brand before products were sent. In several cases, creators were accepted and products were shipped with very limited subsequent communication through the platform.
Clear expectations and follow-up are particularly important for a product that needs to be tried and ingested before a creator can confidently share their experience with their audience.
More broadly, sending a product does not automatically guarantee a post, particularly when no payment is involved, unless a specific deliverable has been agreed as part of the collaboration terms.
Brands often send products to creators as gifts as part of their PR efforts, knowing that not every creator will choose to post about the product unless they genuinely like it or a specific deliverable has been agreed as part of the collaboration. This is why setting clear expectations with creators from the outset is so important.
Since your time on Linkable, we’ve continued to develop the platform and introduced additional controls around creator applications, giving brands greater control over who they collaborate with before any product is sent.
We also wish you had raised these concerns with us while using the platform, as our team would have been happy to help manage the collaborations and address any issues directly.
