This app has been brilliant, largely thanks to the AMAZING customer support. I got in touch with their support with a question and received a super-quick reply from an actual person not an auto generated AI response, as you so often get these days.

Julia answered my question and also suggested a few other ways I could get more from the app’s configuration. When I got stuck, she even helped fix things for me, which is perfect for owner-operated small businesses where you’re wearing all the hats!

We’re based in New Zealand, so time zones don’t always work in our favour, but these guys have real people available 24/7. I seriously can’t fault the app or the support so far.
