We chose K1 because of the flexibility it offers for managing pre-orders, especially the ability to create campaigns based on tags, set dynamic expected shipping dates, and control how products behave when stock is replenished.
Since we started using the app, we have already processed a considerable volume of pre-orders and it has fitted very well into our workflow.
What really stands out, however, is the support. Yauheni has been extremely responsive and helpful, taking the time to investigate every issue we reported, implement fixes quickly, and even develop improvements based on our specific needs.
