This issue took patience and several rounds of checking, but the Casa team stayed with it and got my loyalty program resolved. They verified the VIP multipliers, removed an unintended future gift-card benefit without affecting existing customer balances, history, tiers, or issued rewards, and provided the written confirmation I needed.
