VOL Extra Fee does exactly what I needed - I was able to get welcomed by founder (who is obsessed by GIFs) and got my rush fee set up in 5 mins. Vugar helped me personally with rules setup and tested it in my cart to make sure it is a smooth experience and everything working correctly.
