We’ve been using SparkLayer for our B2B Shopify store and overall we’re really happy with it.
Our setup is not always straightforward, with different customer groups, pricing rules, pack sizes, minimum order values and some specific cases like pre-orders. We've been able to handle all these different situations either with the built-in functions or custom-created functions generated via Sparklayer Core Script.
The documentation is extremely clear and precise and if we can't find what we want, the support agent is working really nicely. And after a long exchange or an unsuccesful one, the team usually reach out to us within 24 hours. Whenever we’ve had a more unusual requirement or hit a limitation, they’ve always taken the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and help us find a solution or a practical workaround.
We’ve had questions around things like customer-specific pack sizes, order restrictions, pre-orders and account behaviour, and the support has always been responsive and helpful.
Overall, SparkLayer has been a very solid solution for our B2B store, especially because of the flexibility of the platform and the quality of their team.
