Globe Pickup Points & Shipping

We have been using Globe Pickup Points on our Shopify store and have been very happy with the app. It solves a fairly significant Shopify limitation: for non-Plus merchants, Shopify does not natively allow customers to select a pickup point directly at checkout.

Moving the pickup point selection to the cart has made a big difference for us and helped us significantly reduce the number of undelivered shipments.

What I appreciate most, however, is the support from the developers. They have always responded almost immediately and have been willing to solve every issue we encountered — even when the problem was caused by our rather non-standard Shopify setup. Their willingness to investigate the issue and actually find a solution is, in my opinion, a huge added value of this app.

Highly recommended — the app works well, and the support is truly exceptional.
