Cannot fault the support from Vugar, he's absolutely gone above and beyond to get the fees/tariffs for both EU and US sales set up on my website and configured it to match my business branding.
In his own words our setup wasn’t completely straightforward and required some custom configuration around fees for different locations, but he took the time to work through everything properly rather than just giving me instructions and leaving me to figure it out.
He personally configured the setup, tested it, explained how I could test the different country scenarios myself, and kept me updated throughout the process. It took a little time to get everything exactly right, but I really appreciated that he cared about getting it right rather than rushing it.
Very responsive, friendly and genuinely helpful. It feels like you’re working directly with someone who actually cares about how the app works for your store.
Really happy with the experience so far and appreciate the late-night banter whilst he worked away behind the scenes.

Your setup definitely gave us a few puzzles to solve. EU fees, US tariffs, different location scenarios, custom configuration, and then making the whole thing actually look like it belongs on Sealy MacWheely rather than something an app dropped onto the store. But that’s also what made it fun to work on.
I’m particularly glad you mentioned that we took the time to get it right rather than rushing it. I’d much rather spend an extra hour testing different scenarios with you than say “done” and leave you discovering an edge case later.
