Warranty Registration & Claims

We register several thousand warranties a month across offline, Shopify and marketplace orders, all automated through Dyrect's API. Registration, approval, certificates and claims all work programmatically, which is why we picked it. Repair and shipment tracking made the claims side properly usable. Main gaps: no API to edit or delete shipments and work orders, and one unannounced form change broke our integration. Support is responsive. Solid if you want warranty handled as a system rather than manually.
