Honestly didn't expect much since our catalog is pretty small, but ShopGenie's been more useful than I thought. The policy answers feature alone has cut down a good chunk of the "where's my order" and "what's your return policy" messages we used to get. Order tracking built in is a nice touch too. Easy setup, does what it says.

Really glad to hear this, especially since small-catalog stores are exactly who we worry might not get as much value. Cutting down those "where's my order" and return policy messages is the whole point of the policy answers feature, so it's great it's working as intended for you. Thanks for giving it a shot!
