Amazing app that has helped us scale by being able to charge specific fees with easy set up.
Customer service is another level, with quick responses no matter what time i message
Four months with us and “helped us scale” — that’s the part of this review that really made my day. 🙏
Adding a fee is one thing. Knowing that the flexibility to create specific fee rules is actually helping your business operate and scale is much more meaningful to us.
And yes… the “no matter what time I message” part might reveal that my relationship with sleep could use some improvement 😂 But seriously, when something affects a merchant’s live store, I don’t like leaving them waiting unnecessarily, lol, just can't sleep.
Thank you for trusting VOL Apps over these past four months. It’s been a pleasure having your stores with us, and we’ll keep being here as you grow.
