It's ok for giving you insight on whether your products may be over or under priced. However, it does not consider what you are actually paying for that product or what fees are associated. For instance, depending on where and how your products are obtained they may also charge a "processing fee" on top of the product's price. Also, I have vendors that charge me a higher price for drop shipping vs buying in bulk,so a boutique owner may buy in bulk to supply their brick & mortar will buy at a cheaper price because I'm buying by order and not bulk. Plus if I want to build a sales funnel & offer a discount, it does not consider if I have a discount in place for any products that it may suggest a lower price for. So if I am offering a 15% discount, the lower price it suggests may be that 15% discount total or more. Overall it's useful for increasing lower margins, but it's up to you to know the least you can charge when suggesting a lower price point.

Thanks for your honest review. While the app analyzes merchants' product costs, sales performance, inventory, and market data, merchants are the ultimate experts on their store. We recently released Settings to let merchants set their minimum margin and maximum discount to factor into complex overhead like fees, shipping, etc. to better reflect the total costs of running their business and ongoing discounts to protect margin. We invite you to check it out to receive better tips that work with your store in practice.
