DRINKS ASSURE

We used DRINKS to support pre-compliance and sales tax management for our Shopify ecommerce business. While we experienced some challenges during the initial configuration, including issues that allowed orders to be fulfilled beyond allowable volume limits in certain states, the DRINKS team was responsive and engaged when the issues were escalated. They worked collaboratively with us to investigate the root causes, provided guidance, and helped implement the necessary corrections. Overall, while the onboarding required some adjustments, we appreciated the team's commitment to resolving issues and supporting our business needs.
