I've been really impressed with Dropmagic's customer support. I was stuck trying to figure out the right product selection for my store and reached out for help. The agent looked into my issue behind the scenes and solved it very efficiently, taking the time to actually understand what I was trying to do. It was fast, clear, and genuinely useful. The new update also looks terrific.
