KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups

Absolutely pathetic and waste of money, time and resources. The team was quick in setting up initial setup but didn't bother to touch the "main" parts which keeps communications on with the customers.

Customer get abandoned cart notification or reply but the backend is not setup to address their queries resulting in customers just dropping out while whatsapp continues to charge per message basis draining the wallet balance.

This is the case during trail when they are actually supposed to provide all the support, I can't even imagine what would have happened after trial. We discontinued.
