I'd steer clear of this one.

I do about 1000 returns a month and this app has caused nothing but problems for the 2 months since installation.

It's buggy, there are constant issues, and the suggested workarounds for the product's shortcomings are amateurish and do not scale.

The worst part - the app's own AI and help docs are often wrong, and the support staff has also provided incorrect guidance which has impacted my business in a material way.

I thought I had found a more reasonably alternative to the loop/redo/narvar class of products but "you get what you pay for" prevails again.
