We've been on an almost year long journey with ReturnZap. We've definitely run into some issues along the way but that's the honest process with every app. The big difference maker is that David has provided consistent, fast, and reliable support. He's been professional, prompt, and continues to provide solutions. Every problem has been solved and he's gone out of his way to dig into each one, understand it, and provide great resolution. Not only has he provided amazing support for the app but has also helped us understand more of our shipping processes.
