ReturnZap Returns & Exchanges

Highly recommend. This return app is very easy to use and has eliminated points where human error can occur. They have been very helpful with the set up when we needed help and making sure we understand what is going on and why. We are an online clothing store on Shopify, have tried three different return apps and hands down this one is the best. Again, we highly recommend.

We've been on an almost year long journey with ReturnZap. We've definitely run into some issues along the way but that's the honest process with every app. The big difference maker is that David has provided consistent, fast, and reliable support. He's been professional, prompt, and continues to provide solutions. Every problem has been solved and he's gone out of his way to dig into each one, understand it, and provide great resolution. Not only has he provided amazing support for the app but has also helped us understand more of our shipping processes. The onboarding process was great and handled by the CEO, David. We went live only after everything was configured as we wanted. The out-of-the-box functionality meets most, if not all, of our needs. And for processes that couldn't at the time, have already been addressed through feature updates (which are frequent) or backend configuration by the ReturnZap team.

I strongly recommend ReturnZap if you're scaling your business and are ready for a more professional Returns process.

Before choosing ReturnZap, I downloaded and tested around eight Shopify-integrated returns apps during their free trial periods.
Nearly all of them had noticeable limitations unless you subscribed to their top-tier plans (often well over $100 USD per month), which just isn’t justifiable for a smaller brand like mine. Common issues included limited automation, clunky workflows, or not allowing exchanges for different items.
ReturnZap stood out because its mid-tier plan already included the core functionality I actually needed, without forcing an expensive upgrade. During setup I had a few specific requirements and ran into some minor issues, but David from ReturnZap was incredibly helpful. His customer service was exceptional. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and he resolved everything quickly without any back-and-forth.
Overall, ReturnZap appears to be a reliable, flexible solution for a smaller brand like mine (which has around 30-50 returns a month), that still needs robust exchange options and a returns system that simply works.

Great app with great features and anything I did have trouble setting up or confusion on, they replied extremely fast and were super helpful in fixing things for me and helping me get everything set up. Shopify apps can be difficult to work with but this one is a good one!!
