This app is a lifesaver for cross-border shipping headaches. With Xcotton, customers can opt-in shipping protection easily. We no longer need to argue with buyers over lost or broken packages. The claim workflow is simple for both merchants and shoppers. Definitely worth adding to your Shopify stack.
