Andrei's support has been some of the best I've had from any app.
I set up Quay for our trade accounts straight after moving from Neto to Shopify, and he made it easy. Only a portion of our companies are on credit terms, and he helped me ensure I had everything set up correctly. He also spotted migrated orders wrongly showing as overdue, which would have blocked those trade customers, and cleared them before we set up our policies.
When something wasn't possible on our Shopify plan, he explained why and gave us a workaround. He was patient through a fiddly buyer portal problem, replied fast (often within minutes, even on a Sunday), and checked how our setup works before recommending anything.
If you're setting up B2B credit terms on Shopify, the support alone is reason enough to choose Quay. Thanks, Andrei!
