Emma, our account manager at TeemDrop, has made fulfillment easy for our store. Whenever I message her with a shipping or fulfillment question, she gets back to me quickly with a clear answer. She walked me through setting up bundles so multi-item orders ship together in one package, and she takes care of the custom name patches we add to personalized orders.
