This App actually works for a surcharge on POS "Retail". We are a wholesaler so our products are priced at Wholesale, but some beauty products we can sell to the public, but at a higher price. Everyone can discount, but we needed the opposite which seemed to be impossible to find - until now! Vugar set everything up for me - walked me through the final couple of steps at our Shopify POS and voila, it is all working. Customer tagged retail or doesn't have a wholesale account, automatically the surcharge is added. Staff don't have to do anything - it just happens. Great customer service - very very quick and all was done and running in a very short amount of time, which included me reaching out to Vugar who happens to be the owner who assisted us every step of the way. Your setup was a great example of how every business has its own unique requirements. You already had your wholesale pricing in place, but needed Shopify POS to automatically recognize retail customers and apply the correct surcharge—without asking your staff to remember extra steps or manually adjust prices.
And that final "voilà, it is all working" moment was exactly what I was hoping for! 🎉
