We needed help creating a specific rule to stop bots and bad checkouts, and they went above and beyond to pressure-test the rule to try to help our store get ahead of it. They spent a good hour on the chat with us trying to help us mitigate this. Duc was a champ. Very much appreciate the team doing what they could to help us out.
