Our customer success manager Derek was amazing. We had been running a discount based reward campaign that we set up ourselves for a short time and we weren’t seeing great results do to the one-time purchase nature of our products. Derek reached out, offered his help, provided excellent suggestions and diligently walked us through the entire creation of a new cash based rewards campaign, answering tons of questions along the way.
