I must say that you need to be quite technical to complete the setup yourself. However, I get step-by-step support from Charlie, and he is patient, problem-solving, and has a nice tone. So, 10 out of 10 stars for customer support! I am still in the set up stage, however I hope all the work will be worth it :)
