This is a very useful plugin with comprehensive functions. I would like to particularly praise the customer service representative Charlie. He is extremely considerate and has provided me with a lot of assistance.

I really appreciate the help from Jon on the support team — he sat down with me for over an hour and a half to figure out a workaround for something that the app normally isn’t designed to do. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked the way I needed it to. Very patient, very helpful, and overall a great experience. The app works great once it’s set up properly. Great support, very helpful with any issues we have experienced.
The tool is pretty good at identifying potentially fraudulent activity and flagging it for disapproval.
It seems to disapprove self-referrals quite well, but there are still a few that sneak through. I just wish there were also a way to place a hold on the referred friend reward if the sale is identified as a potentially fraudulent self-referral.
