This is not just an app, it's access to brilliant developers who can customize just about anything you want regarding shipping - and with a friendly and fast response! We had some seriously complicated situations to iron out, which were impossible to find solutions to elsewhere - and they didn't wince even once. It can be hard to know if everything is working until you have live orders, so we had to keep an email thread open with them to update or fix scenarios .... luckily these guys are always happy to help and will not lead you astray.
