Quick review - it works and is more than paying it's own way, I would certainly recommend.

Slightly longer review - I have found the team to be both helpful and pragmatic, whilst there are some aspects which I would like changing in the next update(s) I appreciate that our precise needs are not necessarily reflective of the 'mass market' however when speaking to the team they were very honest and direct about what changes/improvements could and would be made which made a refreshing change from some other Apps who dangle the carrot and promise the earth only to not ultimately deliver.

We are seeing an approx 6-8x ROI however I anticipate that this could be improved significantly if there were just a few tweaks made to the accompanying 'Order Merger' app which unfortunately doesn't (at this moment in time) work for our store (but which I suspect would add value for most stores, especially if they fulfill themselves and don't use a 3PL).

App was really intuitive and simple to set up - for once something I could do myself rather than beg for help from others, and on the rare occasion where I have had to query something with the team they have always been super responsive.

The post-purchase upsell page can sometimes take a second or so longer than I would like to 'pop-up' on the 'thank you' page however this doesn't appear to have impacted our conversions.

In summary, a simple yet effective app that I would definitely recommend and which has certainly paid its own way (and then some) so far (NB we have been using for 4-5 weeks now).
