this is a complex app full of really cool features. It's slightly daunting to go through them, but they will set it up for you. I went back in and tweaked a little here and there to make it more my brand. I've been really happy with the service and how it performs. *they DO bribe you for a 5 star review in exchange for emails, and are sort of pushy with it. I don't do bribes for reviews, and gave myself some time to live with this app, use it, and see how my clients respond to it, and I've been very pleased. I don't use the email platform, since I prefer using mailchimp, so the email bribery doesn't mean much to me ;-)
