I had installed the app hoping to find time to personnalize the emails, but the holidays rush hit and it became impossible to look further into it. I didn't realize it until it was too late, but the app started charging me as I hit over 50 orders. Konstantin was helpful in refunding me those charges, and advised I deleted the app until I had time to customize the emails, so I wouldn't risk being charged again meanwhile.
