UPDATE: support team was very active and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I reinstalled the app and everything is now working as expected. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> Store owners deserve to know: The app messed the store and changed the CSS and font of the whole theme. I was trying to diagnose which app was causing this, and then I found out it was this newly installed "Pop Convert" app. I uninstalled it, and the store is now back to normal. Sadly, app developers don't test the apps they create. We work hard to design and launch our website; we don't want one app to wreck everything. I will update the review once the app is fixed and when it is safe to re-install it again.

We also want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. While we did follow a strict testing process before launching the app, we are a small team of humans! Without a doubt, this will help us prepare and think ahead about all the possible scenarios.
