So far, very easy to use and already have seen results. People really do interact with it and some take advantage of it. It offers more than just discounts. It can collect info like "why did you buy this" and people's birthdays for marketing. The customer service has been excellent as well. I'm using the free version so far and as my store scales with this, paying for it is a no brainer.

Also, Alex helped me adjust my store not to collect shipping within a few seconds. Awesome customer service. Lots of apps don't have 24/7 customer service.
