We’ve been using Nosto for almost 6 months now. Currently using product recommendation blocks on the website and in emails to personalize the customer experience and seeing great results! Both conversion rate and AOV on our website have improved. Customer service is outstanding - our account manager is very accessible via email at all times, and we have bi-weekly calls to check in on the overall account. She has been very insightful in making recommendations on how to continuously improve our setup with Nosto and for us is a huge bonus to the app itself. Highly recommend.
