App has updated a lot since original experience, and customer service has become very proactive and helpful. It has some automation features which make updating a breeze and you can link to your chosen AI for translations, or use their own out of the box one which works generally OK. Would highly recommend. Billing is a little complicated, but support team responds quickly and solves all problems.
