poor customer service, was sold on this solution based on specific needs and functionality, spend a day setting it all up and chat to customer service to find out, no, they don't offer the functionality i enquired about. waste of a day of my time!

Hello, we do apologize for the misunderstanding. There must have been a miscommunication between with the sales team. Our support team tried to inquire further to find out who you spoke to so we could investigate the issue, but we had no reply from you on the matter.
