Marco and the team at Releasit has the best customer support I have ever gotten from a Shopify app! The app was super easy to install and set up, got it installed and set up in less than two minutes. However I had some issues syncing COD orders with my 3PL. Marco from Releasit assisted me and created a workaround solution to my problem, and it was all resolved within 20 minutes.
