Why can't they make a normal gift app. Please note that promo codes for discounts will no longer work in your store... You can add only one gift.
1. Monk is built as a unified upsell + gift app to ensure merchants do not have to use several similar apps (too many apps can bloat subscription fees as well as slow down a website)
2. To combine Monk's discounts with a Shopify discount, stores have to enable the 'product discount' combinations option in their Shopify 'Discounts' setting.
3. The app has a default set-up of 1 gift per customer but merchants have the ability to remove this restriction and offer multiple quantities of multiple products as gifts simultanouesly
