This succeeded in raising my AOV. The founder even reached out to me when I was having issues and contacted my supplier on my behalf to make sure the app was working properly. I've never seen customer service go to this extreme and I really appreciate it.
Hi 👋 thanks for the review, Eric here the CEO, we spoke over the phone yesterday.
Please get back to my email & I promise we'll get you all sorted out, but let's clear out a few of the points you brought up:
1. Shopify does not provide any way to create a new order for 1 click upsells, if there was a way we'd provide it, as we do on the thank you page.
2. The edits are not recognized by Printful... well, we're all integrated with Shopify, if they don't recognize order edits using the Shopify webhook it's a big issue but it's Prinful's issue and not ReConvert's (I've seen you provided a similar review about this with OCU), you should know this is not something we can control. This will also cause issues if other apps or your customer support edit orders.
3. The last thing about Sweet upsell and one-click upsell from the thank you page, it is virtually impossible to charge the customer with a single click from the thank you page(I double-checked today after our call), so if you can provide us with a video recording (or over a call) of what it looks like we'll be able to understand what's happening, but I'd be very careful with and make sure orders are actually paid using this solution.
