Disputifier: Smart Chargebacks

Switched from an overpriced fraud software, and Disputifier has saved us a lot of money each month (and time). The features feel a lot more tailored for stores like ours. Plus an amazing support team that is very helpful. We've been winning more chargebacks, and overall were happy with Disputifier. I'd pick it over other fraud/chargeback softwares. I'd DEFINTELY pick it over not using any software for fraud/chargeback at all (relying on Shopify's default fraud detection).
