Tuecus ‑ Customer Account Page

Worst app ever. They claim to be a customer account page but even their landing page of the customer account doesn't work properly. The app is full of bugs, we had opted for a professional plan turned out to be the most amateur built app. To make things more worse, it turns out the team turned out be more worse with constant one liners " technical team is working on it / it will be done in the next 24 hours" A week passed with constant follow ups but apparently technical team did not even have the time to resolve a single issue in the list. Ended up wasting a whole week patiently waiting and following up with them.
