KNO Post Purchase Surveys

We switched to Kno after years or using another dated post-purchase survey app. Our completion rate increased and the data we are gathering is so much more useful. We are able to use it to make realtime advertising, marketing and brand decisions. Additionally, the team at Kno is super helpful. They are great to work with and made the setup process seamless.
