Highly recommend this app it’s been amazing and their integration with Shopify flows has been really insightful. We’ve had a great experience with KnoCommerce and especially with Sid from their support team. The platform has been incredibly valuable for helping us better understand customer acquisition and post-purchase behavior, and the team has been extremely responsive whenever we’ve needed help.

Sid went above and beyond helping us refresh and rebuild our post-purchase surveys, set up conditional logic correctly, and guide us through Klaviyo integration so responses sync directly into customer profiles. Everything was handled quickly, clearly, and with a very hands-on approach.

What stands out most is how proactive and thoughtful the support feels. Instead of just answering tickets, they genuinely help improve your setup and workflows.

We’ve been using KnoCommerce as our post-purchase survey platform across both Groomie and GroomieHers, and it’s become a critical part of how we understand our customers and make smarter marketing decisions.

The platform makes it incredibly easy to collect meaningful post-purchase data, but what really sets KnoCommerce apart is the team behind it. They’ve been extremely hands-on in helping us build and refine our surveys so we’re not just collecting data but instead collecting the right data. The insights we’re getting are directly influencing our creative strategy, targeting, media buying, and overall growth.

We’ve even used KnoCommerce to help guide our TV advertising strategy. By asking customers what channels they watch and the types of content they consume, we’ve been able to make more informed decisions on where to allocate our TV budget and how to tailor creative for those environments. That level of insight has been incredibly valuable as we expand into new channels.

A special shoutout to Sid, who has been amazing to work with. He’s gone above and beyond in helping us get the most out of our surveys, from structuring better questions to advising on how to sync survey responses into Klaviyo. That integration alone has been a game changer for us, allowing us to segment our email flows more effectively and personalize messaging based on real customer insights.

We've had a great experience using KNO for post purchase surveys. It's easy to use, and allows us to gather meaningful data about our customers. We're excited to start using their NPS feature as well. The customer support at KNO is amazing, we always get a timely response, and their team is very helpful.

Big fan of KNO Post Purchase Surveys. We've been on the lowest level plan for several months and it has been well worth the cost for the 3-question survey. Everything works exactly as you'd expect it to - not always the case with Shopify apps. This one gets recommended all the time for good reason. Don't do any more research - KNO is the post purchase survey app you need.

KNO makes it ridiculously easy to collect customer insights without turning survey distribution into a whole project. Love how lightweight it issets up in minutes and actually gets responses. For our small brand, we knew that word of mouth was our strongest conversion channel but actually seeing the data from KnoCommerce has been really insightful.
