We were using a similar (in concept) app for post-purchase surveys. It turns out the number of responses we get with Kno is an order of magnitude greater. In addition, the actual data gathered is much more useful in informing our decision on ad spend. This is a wonderful app for stores trying to understand the attribution of what's moved a customer from a prospect/initial interest to completed purchase.
We've only been using the app for a few days and have already received very good insights into the customer journey. Highly recommended app!
App is easy to install and set up. Really happy with the customer service. Landon was friendly and pro-actively responded to all our queries, even when it was after hours!
The feature in the paid plan is not working (Add survey answers as a tag to the order) . Customer support said "I have passed this along to our dev team, and it looks like they think that this feature needs to be rebuilt. I don't have an estimate as far as what that would look like"
As you are probably aware we've reached out to try to resolve this for you, so at this point I'll just respond here. :)
Landon and I discussed - this wasn't well worded, and for that we apologize.
What we were trying to communicate is that we're rebuilding the Shopify tagging integration, and it will be re-launching in March 2023. We don't have an exact date yet, but it's coming in March 2023.
If you'd like to try to resolve this, we'll be here to serve you.

Excellent app. Does everything I need and doesn't charge the moon for it. Clean layout. Very well made and very easy to use. Great stuff
Tried to use to ask first time customers where they hear about us (template in their free campaign/ examples above), spent 20 minutes setting it up only to find that filtering to only ask new customers would be using an "audience" and would require the $120/ month plan. Grapevine does this for $15/ month at scale. Fairing also reasonable and great to work with. Nothing makes me more aggrevated than having my time wasted deceptively.
Sorry to hear you were upset by this and I can relate to frustration by wasted time. Unfortunately we do have to set limits on our free version and that is one of the limits.
Shopify does not give us enough space to specify everything that is excluded from each plan...
Also next time please keep your language and treatment of my team more professional.
On our end we'll work to make these limitations more obvious in the sign-up process. Definitely hear you on the frustration.

Your application seems very functional, but I can't publish it as it is because I can't translate the questions into French. Is there a solution?
I use Kno to help segment our new vs. existing customers and use it as intel for what new products to add. Something my team and I review every week. If you aren't surveying your customers you are missing out on critical insight right in front of your nose.
This tool has been extremely beneficial for tracking acquisition! It was definitely provided key insight into how are customers are finding us. Jeremiah was very helpful with implementation and continuously provided support when needed.
